We will gain valuable insights into the current state of Education in St. Joseph and learn about strategies for growth and enrichment.\n\n\n\nWe will be answering the following questions as it pertains to this dream for education: \n\n\n\n\nWhat’s the dream and why?\n\n\n\nWhere are we?\n\n\n\nHow can we get there?\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAttendees will also have the opportunity to increase their leadership capacity by learning transformational coaching principles and strategies from the 3D framework. Discussions at round tables will be facilitated to process and discuss the content that is shared.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAs we did at last month’s Business Breakfast, we will conclude by issuing a “Community Challenge” to give attendees specific ways to help move the dream forward.
