DESCRIPTION:\nPushing pause for a community conversation that matters\n\n\n\n\n\nIt’s time for St. Joseph to call a timeout and have a conversation.\n\n\n\nGreat coaches understand that there are moments when the most important thing a team can do is stop, reflect, and discuss.\n\n\n\nA timeout creates space to assess what is happening, regain perspective, encourage the team, and determine whether the current strategy is moving us toward the desired outcome. It also gives us an opportunity to refine the plan, adjust our strategy, and move forward with greater purpose.\n\n\n\nOn August 27, we are inviting people from across St. Joseph to join us for a timeout where we will examine and discuss what our Community Culture Survey ( https://www.thejosephcompany.com/breakfast-40/ ) is revealing.
