8th Annual MLK Solutions Summit

Keynote speakers include Kenny Onatolu and Dave Tollefson. Kenny is a former NFL player and author of “Two of a Kind.” Dave is also a former NFL player where he was a part of two Super Bowl Championships with the New York Giants.

Dave TollefsonHusband, Father, Coach, Former NFL Player
David Tollefson is a former American football defensive end and outside linebacker. He was selected by the Green Bay Packers in the seventh round, with the 253rd pick of the 2006 NFL Draft. He played college football at Northwest Missouri State. Tollefson won two Super Bowls as a member of the New York Giants, defeating the New England Patriots in both Super Bowls.
Kenny OnatoluHusband, Father, Author, Former NFL Player
Kenny Onatolu played football for the Minnesota Vikings and the Carolina Panthers. He is the father of three young bi-racial children and is passionate about solving the racial issues that divide America today. He now devotes his energy to helping children learn at an early age to accept all kinds of people. He lives in Omaha, NE where he is a real estate investor, is active in his church and volunteers as a coach for his son’s football team.

Robert WarrenPastor, Speaker, Musician
Rev. R. Robert Warren, Jr., MS Ed. began his life as a preacher’s kid. Being the youngest of 7 children growing up in the farming community of Morocco/Providence, just outside Poplar Bluff, MO. He learned how to drive on a tractor at 11 years of age; he preached his first sermon at the tender age of 16 and graduated at Poplar Bluff High School with a perfect attendance record for never missing a day of school during PK-12th grade. Pastor Warren entered Missouri Western State University in 1988 with a unique combination of scholarships: football and vocal music. After graduating with a bachelor’s in Music Education, he married his wife, Kimberly (Foster) Warren in 1992. In 2000, Pastor Warren founded Faith Family Worship Center (604 S 20th St. St. Joseph, MO 64507). After Pastor Warren and his wife graduated together with their Master’s in Education (NWMSU-2001), they began the MidCity Excellence Community Learning Center (MCE) that serves the community, specifically at-risk youth with culturally sensitive programs in the performing arts, tutoring, computer training, leadership and faithbased initiatives. Almost 1,900 youth and hundreds of adults have been engaged, enriched, and empowered in St. Joseph. Pastor Warren’s goals are ambitious as he has recently started the “Man-Up” and Dominion programs and About the Author (Bio) 111 is training a team of mentors to engage at-risk teen boys to counteract incarcerations, substance abuse, juvenile crime, high school dropouts and to support fatherless youth. He also directs the newly formed “Boys & Girls Choir of St. Joseph” and St. Joe Stixx Drumline. Pastor Warren has taught professionally, band, choir and coached football. In addition to pastoring, he is the Music Educator at Carden Park (SJSD). He has served on the Allied Arts board of directors and was inducted into the prestigious Black Archives “Hall of Fame” in 2015. He is the 2013-2021 President of the Interdenominational Ministerial Alliance (IMA). He is licensed and ordained as an elder and adjunct professor through Aenon Bible College and Victorious Life Bible Institute. In his spare time, Pastor Warren enjoys cooking gourmet meals, weightlifting, singing opera, researching biblical history, and biking.
Wes SimmonsPresident/CEO - 3D Institute
Wes Simmons is the President/CEO of the 3D Institute. He also serves as a national 3Dimensional Coaching presenter who has delivered workshops to thousands of coaches at every level of sport. From youth sports clubs to college athletic departments, from local school districts to National conventions, from Florida to California, Wes has captured audiences with the 3Dimensional Coaching content while sharing his personal experience of both playing for, and coaching with, a 3D coach.
Wes played college football at Northwest Missouri State University where he started on back-to-back NCAA DII National Championship teams. Upon graduation, he began his coaching career at Northwest while completing his Master’s degree in Athletic Administration. Since that time, his career has shifted from on-field coaching to coaching both athletes and coaches in all areas of life.
In addition to his speaking schedule, Wes serves as the CEO for 3D Institute. He resides in St. Joseph, MO, where he lives with his wife Amy and their 4 children.
