The Joseph Company – Season 2: Breakfast 1
We are excited to launch Season 2 of The Joseph Company Leadership breakfasts. Over the course of nine breakfasts between September ’22 and May ’23, we will continue to gather community leaders and focus on the topic of culture.
In Season 1, we used The Life-Cycle of the Dream as the framework for our gatherings. Those breakfasts were captured, produced, and loaded into an online course format called 3D Community: St. Joseph, MO. To review that content, you can gain free access by clicking here.
From Survival to Significance, the “Life-Cycle of the Dream” concept likens the growth process of a tree to the growth process that our dreams go through as they reach full maturity.
In Season 2, we will continue with the Life-Cycle of the Dream concept, this time zooming in on The Seven Grand Oaks of the Community: Arts, Athletics, Business, Education, Healthcare, Local Government, and Non-Profit. If our culture is to thrive, we need EACH of these figurative trees to reach a place of significance; working together to provide a canopy of covering that helps ALL of our community members to flourish.
Doors will open at 7:30 AM and breakfast will start at 8:00 AM. The program will begin at 8:30 AM and will include a keynote from 3DI’s Wes Simmons followed by a guided opportunity to collaborate and process with other community leaders.
The event is FREE to attend, but please RSVP so we can have an accurate headcount.
Registration for this event is closed.
