The Joseph Company – Season 2: Breakfast 3

Join us on Friday, November 4th, as we explore the Arts as the second of The Seven Grand Oaks of the community. The role of the Arts play in architecting a healthy community culture are immeasurable. In other words, we won’t have a healthy overall culture, if we don’t have a healthy ARTS culture. Toward that end, the focus will be on discovering the restorative purpose of the arts in the community.

/rəˈstôrədiv/ adjective
having the ability to restore health, strength, or a feeling of well-being.

After a delicious breakfast provided by Zub’s Katering, you will hear an inspiring presentation to help us process this question: As a community who values the Arts, how can we intentionally pursue a mission to provide health, strength and well-being to ALL people as we engage with them through our various interactions and activities?

To help clarify what we mean by the restorative purpose of the Arts, the the talk will focus on the very essence of art itself: Inspirational Beauty. After the 20-minute presentation, attendees will process the presentation with other community leaders at round tables to idea-share and collaborate.
