In 2020, leaders from across St. Joseph, Missouri, representing the Arts, Athletics, Business, Education, Government, Healthcare, and Nonprofit sectors, came together to form The Joseph Company. What started as a shared effort to grow better leaders has become a movement to build a life-giving culture across the city.
Through the 3D Coaching framework, leaders learn to build strong, healthy teams and drive performance the right way. They then define their dream culture and bring it to life through a shared purpose, clear identity, aligned actions, and simple systems that sustain success and build a legacy of significance.
The result is a city of coaches who build cultures that connect, equip, and launch the next generation of community leaders.
