In 2020, leaders from across St. Joseph, Missouri, representing the Arts, Athletics, Business, Education, Healthcare, Government, and Nonprofit sectors, united to form The Joseph Company. This unique gathering was established to help leaders become transformational coaches, those who maximize performance while fostering a thriving culture. By embracing the 3D Coaching framework, participating organizations are developing leaders who live out the high calling of “coach” in their pursuit of significance. The result is a community where hearts are inspired, minds are shaped, and prosperity is both empowered and sustained.
