Since our first Joseph Company breakfast in September, we have been sharing the Life Cycle of a Dream with you. Along the way, we’ve walked you through the framework of 3D leadership in the context of a more expansive mission and vision.

We have had many people reach out to us with stories. We have heard stories of walking through painful periods of Survival. We’ve seen glimmers of hope in Stability. Some of your stories are a clear picture of Success. And we aspire to continually focus and push ourselves to pursue Significance together as a community.

As we prepare for our final breakfast of this spring, we are returning to the topic of Dreams. We invite you to participate by sharing your dream for the St. Joseph community by filling out the form below. You may remain anonymous if you so wish – we will never use your name without asking you first – but we intend to share some of these dreams at our April 1st breakfast. The goal is to encourage and inspire all of us to dream big Dreams for St. Joseph, knowing the room is full of fellow dreamers, encouragers and potential partners in purpose.
