St. Joseph Community Culture Survey Step 1 of 3 33% Purpose The purpose of this survey is not to assign blame, criticize organizations, or shame leaders. This is a “blameless autopsy” designed to help us honestly assess the gap between the culture we hope to create and the culture people are actually experiencing. This survey is not designed to evaluate, rank, or expose individual organizations, churches, schools, businesses, or leaders. It is designed to help us understand broader cultural patterns across our community. Please answer based on your lived experiences within the environments where you live, work, lead, serve, and build relationships. You may experience different parts of the community differently, and that’s okay. Please respond based on your overall experience within the environments where you spend the most time. As each person shares their experience within their own sphere of influence, those responses will be combined to create a broader picture of the culture across our community. This survey includes 35 questions and takes approximately 5–7 minutes to complete. There are no right or wrong answers. We are not collecting names or requiring email addresses. Your participation will remain completely anonymous. Results will only be shared in aggregate form and presented at The Joseph Company Breakfast 40.
