SUPPLY CHAIN TEAM
Altec is bigger than any one department. We are one team within a much greater team—and proud to be part of a story that began long before us.
Inside Supply Chain, we are intentionally building a culture marked by integrity, family, faith, kindness, perseverance, teamwork, and understanding. We want to help people grow in work and life while contributing our best to Altec.
This is who we are becoming—and we’re looking for people who want to build it with us.
Frank Freudenthal shares the story of the vision that brought Altec to St. Joseph.
OUR 3D JOURNEY
From Conversation to Culture
Culture exists in every organization, but it can either emerge by accident or be intentionally architected. Intentional culture takes shape when leaders create space to confront real issues, ask difficult questions, and have meaningful conversations about the future they want to build. From there, they turn that shared vision into a common leadership language expressed through clear behaviors, intentional strategies, and shared accountability.
Through 3D Master Class, the Altec Supply Chain team clarified their identity, established their purpose, and began building the culture they want every staff member and person they serve to experience.
22 members of the Altec Supply Chain Team’s leaders have completed the 3D Master Class together to date, creating a shared foundation for the organization.
OUR IDENTITY
Defining What Defines Us
During the 3D Journey, members of YWCA St. Joseph reflected on the values, character traits, and behaviors that define who they are and who they aspire to become. As those individual voices came together, a shared language of identity began to emerge.
The word cloud captures that collective voice and serves as a set of identity anchors—helping keep YWCA St. Joseph connected to the purpose, values, and identity shaping its leadership and culture.
OUR PURPOSE
Building a Foundation, Together
Purpose begins with people.
Through the 3D Journey, each YWCA leader first clarified his or her individual purpose. Those personal purpose statements became the building blocks from which the organization’s shared foundational purpose emerged.
Like individual bricks laid together to form a strong foundation, each leader contributed his or her own language about why they serve in the organization. Together, those individual voices were synthesized into a single foundational purpose statement that now guides the YWCA St. Joseph’s leadership, culture, and future.
Each YWCA leader first clarified an individual purpose statement before the department’s shared foundational purpose emerged.
OUR CULTURE
The YWCA St. Joseph “It” Factor
With identity clarified and a foundation of purpose established, YWCA St. Joseph began defining the culture it intends to build.
The department’s seven Cultural Distinctives express what makes YWCA St. Joseph uniquely them. Created from the voices of its own people, they provide a shared leadership language and a practical blueprint for how the team leads, serves, and works together every day.
Together, these seven Cultural Distinctives articulate YWCA St. Joseph’s shared identity and purpose and guide the leadership behaviors its people live every day.
