Breakfast 40 marks the conclusion of a five-year journey that has brought leaders from across our community together to imagine what could be. From the earliest conversations to the growth of the 3D Journey and the emergence of Becoming St. Joseph: The City of Coaches, this era has been about capturing imagination and inviting people to explore a different way to lead, build, and serve.
At this final breakfast, we will look back and celebrate what has been built together. Through stories, highlights, and voices from the journey, we will honor the impact that has been made across sectors throughout our city.
But this is more than a reflection moment.
It is a launching point.
The next chapter will require more than imagination. It will require action, alignment, and a commitment to build. As a pilot city in the heart of America, St. Joseph now has the opportunity to move from exploration into implementation and operation.
During this gathering, we will cast a clear and compelling vision for what comes next. This includes the acceleration of the 3D Cohort model, the continued development of The City of Coaches, and new initiatives such as the 3D Leadership Residency, profession-based learning pathways, and a national convention that positions St. Joseph as a model for communities across the country.
Breakfast 40 is not just a bookend. It’s a new beginning.
