Who Should Attend?

We encourage organizations to bring leadership teams. Individuals are also welcome.

Managers, department heads, supervisors, captains, coordinators, program leaders, and team leaders.

Not part of a formal leadership team? You are still welcome. If you lead, influence, encourage, or develop people in any capacity, this conversation is for you.

What to Expect

Think blues, BBQ, and honest conversation.

This will be a relaxed, hopeful gathering built around good food, good music, and meaningful dialogue.

We are not coming together to dwell on our areas of discontent. We are coming together to see more clearly, identify a path forward, and begin moving in that direction together.
