Coaches’ Timeout

Pushing pause for a community conversation that matters

It’s time for St. Joseph to call a timeout and have a conversation.

Great coaches understand that there are moments when the most important thing a team can do is stop, reflect, and discuss.

A timeout creates space to assess what is happening, regain perspective, encourage the team, and determine whether the current strategy is moving us toward the desired outcome. It also gives us an opportunity to refine the plan, adjust our strategy, and move forward with greater purpose.

On August 27, we are inviting people from across St. Joseph to join us for a timeout where we will examine and discuss what our Community Culture Survey is revealing. We will talk honestly about our present reality, listen to different perspectives, and consider a hopeful vision for the culture we desire to create together.

As one team, we will explore what it will take to build a stronger, healthier future for our community.

Whether this is your first introduction to the conversation or you have been part of the journey from the beginning, your perspective matters.

During Season III of The Joseph Company, Dr. Jeff Duke, founding partner of the 3D Institute and architect of the 3D Framework, shared why great coaches call a timeout at crucial moments.
