Recap: We gathered for Session 2 of the “ALL IN on the 3D Journey” breakfast series: “Driving for Greatness.” Presenters Fleceia Comeaux and Wes Simmons provided an overview of the 1st Dimension, emphasizing the importance of mastering the fundamentals of our craft to drive performance and achieve success. We also began our exploration of the 2nd Dimension with a deeper dive into motivation. In an era of “quiet quitting” and disengagement, participants learned how to reignite intrinsic motivation within their teams.

A highlight of the session was a powerful interview with Bryston Williams, Assistant Basketball Coach at Drake University, where he shared how 3D impacted his purpose as a coach. He gave valuable insights into the role of communication in building trust with players and offered practical strategies for motivating people in today’s environment. This session proved to be as inspirational as it was informational, leaving participants with actionable strategies to enhance both performance and connection.
