What an inspiring session with 3DI guides Wes Simmons and Fleceia Comeaux. Together, we explored the 2nd Dimension topics of Team Cohesion and Goal Setting, unlocking the key ingredients that create true synergy within a team.

Participants gained practical insights into effective goal-setting techniques, focusing on the right processes and goals to drive success. As a highlight, we finalized our Community Impact Projects, paving the way for meaningful collective action in 2025 and beyond.
