This is a “blameless autopsy” designed to help us honestly assess the gap between: the culture we hope to createand the culture people are currently experiencing. We are asking you to answer based on what you consistently: SEE FEEL and HEAR across your family, workplace, teams, organizations, relationships, and the broader community.
