The 7 Oaks of St. Joseph: A Dream for Government
We will kick the morning off with a delicious breakfast, setting the stage for a thought-provoking presentation as local leaders share A Dream for Government in St. Joseph. We will gain valuable insights into the current state of Government in St. Joseph and learn how we can make it better… together.
We will be answering the following questions as it pertains to this dream for government:
- What’s the dream and why?
- Where are we?
- How can we get there?
Attendees will also have the opportunity to increase their leadership capacity by learning transformational coaching principles and strategies from the 3D framework. Discussions at round tables will be facilitated to process and discuss the content that is shared.
As we did at last month’s Education Breakfast, we will conclude by issuing a “Community Challenge” to give attendees specific ways to help move the dream forward. Join us!
