Thank you to everyone who participated in the St. Joseph Community Culture Survey.
We are grateful to the hundreds of community members who took the time to share their perspectives. The findings will provide valuable insight into how people are experiencing leadership and culture across our community and will help inform future conversations about where we are and where we hope to go together.
The survey results were originally presented publicly at Breakfast 40 on June 23, 2026.
On August 27th, 2026, we will gather again to host “A Community Conversation” to discuss the findings and begin charting a path forward.
